• Payment is required at the time of Booking
• A valid government issued ID is required on check-in
• Refunds are not given if a customer fails to check-in if the camp management or staff feels that your conduct in the accommodation facility is endangering yourself or others around you or is otherwise causing a nuisance, the team member or any camp staff has the right to immediately remove you from the facility no refund will be given.
• If any damage is caused within the camp by you your visitors we will charge or deduct the cost of repair of the damage and seek penalties To the maximum extent permitted by law and immigration services.
• bookings are non-refundable and Blenheim motor camp and backpackers reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
